Replacement Terms and Conditions
At Beany Day, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Our 3-day replacement policy allows you to request a replacement for eligible products under the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility for Replacement
The replacement is applicable only for products purchased directly from Beany Day’s official store or authorized partners.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, with all seals, labels, and accessories intact.
Timeframe for Request
Replacement requests must be raised within 3 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be entertained.
Damaged or Defective Products
If the product is damaged or defective, a replacement request must include proof, such as photographs or videos of the damaged item and its packaging.
Beany Day reserves the right to verify and validate the claim before processing the replacement.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive an incorrect product or your order is incomplete, please report it within 24 hours of delivery to qualify for a replacement.
Non-Eligibility for Replacement
Products with signs of use, tampering, or without original packaging will not qualify for replacement.
Replacement is not applicable for free samples, promotional items, or products purchased under clearance sales.
Replacement Process
To initiate a replacement request, contact our customer service team at mail@beanyday.com with your order number and proof of issue.
Upon approval, we will arrange for the return of the original product and ship the replacement within 5–7 business days.
Refund Policy
If the requested replacement product is unavailable, customers may opt for a refund or a replacement with a similar product of equal value.
Shipping Charges
Beany Day will bear the shipping cost for replacements due to damage, defects, or order errors. For other reasons, customers may need to cover shipping charges.
